Alps Move è il festival di teatro danza sudtirolese. Nato nel 2005 da un’idea del Collettivo Danza Alto Adige, il suo scopo è dare voce alla scena locale di danza contemporanea e teatro sperimentale, per lo sviluppo di questa forma d’arte sui palcoscenici provinciali e la creazione di una rete di rapporti e collaborazioni con altre realtà regionali, nazionali ed europee. 

Das Festival Alps Move steht für Südtiroler Tanztheater-Kunst. Entstanden 2005 aus einer Idee des Südtiroler Tanzkollektivs, ist es sein Ziel, der lokalen zeitgenössischen Tanzszene und experimentellen Theaterszene eine Stimme zu verleihen. Damit entstehen Bedingungen dafür, dass sich diese Kunstform auf den Bühnen der Region weiterentwickeln kann. Gleichzeitig wird in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen nationalen und europäischen Realitäten ein immer breiteres Netzwerk aufgebaut. Jedes Jahr zeigt Alps Move Stücke und Performances von Choreografinnen und Tänzerinnen Südtiroler Provenienz.

Animo beschäftigt sich mit dem alltäglichen Umgang der Menschen miteinander. Indem sie sich an verschiedenen Aspekten der Zivilcourage inspirieren, wollen die Choreografinnen vermitteln, wie wichtig Zusammenhalt in einer Welt ist, in der immer mehr aneinander vorbei gelebt wird. 

Animo è una performance che indaga le modalità con cui le persone interagiscono nella loro quotidianità. Ispirandosi a diverse forme di coraggio civile le due coreografe vogliono esprimere quanto importante sia la coesione in un mondo in cui sempre di più si vive nella reciproca indifferenza.

Mirjam Plank was born and grew up near Brunico, took a diploma at the Iwanson International School of Contemporary Dance in Munich in 2022 and since then has worked freelance as a dancer, dance teacher and choreographer. During and following her studies she danced for  internationally renowned choreographers in numerous German, Austrian and Belgian theatres, performed in TV shows and choreographed works for youth dance theatre. 

Lea Markgraf was born in 2001 and grew up in Munich, completing her training at the  Iwanson International School of Contemporary Dance in 2022. Despite her roots in Hip Hop, her studies with renowned choreographers such as German Jauregui and Hannes Langolf helped her extend her focus to contemporary dance. She works freelance as a dancer, dance teacher and choreographer.

Manufaktur Caring widmet sich dem Frau*Sein in einem patriarchalen System, jenen Machtstrukturen, die den einen Fürsorge lehren und den anderen Breitbeinigkeit. Die beiden Tänzerinnen kämpfen gegen das Fremdbestimmtsein, gegen die eigene Ohnmacht und gegen das Gefühl, nicht zu genügen. 

Con Manufaktur Caring il collettivo lux&auma pone l'attenzione sull'essere donna in un sistema patriarcale. Quella struttura di potere che insegna alle une il dovere della cura e agli altri che possono sedere a gambe larghe. Le due danzatrici lottano contro i condizionamenti esterni e contro la propria impotenza, contro la sensazione di non essere abbastanza.

Miriam Taschler is an author dancer, performer and choreographer specializing in contemporary dance. She cofounded the interdisciplinary association KunstKartell, a network for solidarity and exchange among independent artists. In the  lux&auma collective Miriam works with Carla Petzolt on sociopolitical themes that become storytelling through body and movement. Miriam performs  at the UFER_STUDIOS in Berlin and at the Lurupina Festival in Germany, the NDAR Urban Week in Senegal, at Ideas Block Kompresornie (Lithuania), and at Teatro Prometo and Astra Brixen in Italy.

Carla (she/her) is a contemporary dancer, choreographer, and dance teacher based in Berlin. Interdisciplinary works between circus arts, visual arts, theatre and dance are focus of her work. She aims to challenge existing societal norms trough dance, to sensitise people to socio-political issues and to develop profound methods of physical research.
